Description

We start our journey along the modern highway to the picturesque viewpoint of Chirche, where we take a short break to take pictures and enjoy a delicious local coffee known as “el barraquito”. We then drive to a 500 year old lava flow originating from the“Boca Cangrejo” volcano, from where we have a view of the neighbouring island of La Gomera.

We continue our tour into the Teide National Park, arriving at a place where you will have the opportunity to take a short walk to the crater of the Sámara volcano. We will also pass the ancient peak of Teide, known as“El Pico Viejo“, with its extensive lava field, formed just over 200 years ago. Then, we reach the famous spot of the park with the impressive landscape of the Roques de García, offering you time to capture beautiful photographs.

On the other side of the Roques, at the Parador de Cañadas del Teide, you will find a cafeteria and a charming souvenir shop. On our way back south, we will stop at a beautiful viewpoint overlooking several volcanoes and the extensive pine forest. In the village of Vilaflor, you will discover the oldest and largest pine tree known as“El Pino Gordo“, which will be our last stop for photos. Finally, we take a short drive through the Abono wine region to your hotel.

Duration

The adventure lasts approximately 5 hours, starting from the moment we pick you up until we return you to your point of origin, full of memories and unique experiences.
