🧭 How the experience works
🚡 Ascent by cable car (2.5 h)
You’ll go up in the cable car to 3,500 metres altitude, where you’ll visit the area’s viewpoints and walk the final stretch of the volcano to crown the Teide Peak. At the end, you’ll come back down by cable car. Medium difficulty and a duration of 2.5 hours.
🥾 Ascent on foot (5 h)
You’ll walk from the base of the Teide along one of the most famous trails in the National Park. You’ll start at Montaña Blanca and, along the way, discover different geological formations until you reach the peak. The descent is done by cable car. High difficulty and a duration of 5 hours; it requires good physical condition and some experience.

📍 Meeting point
The meeting point is the base of the Teide Cable Car. The activity does not include pick-up or transport, so you’ll need to make your own way to the meeting point.
