Guided tour of the Teide National Park
Suitable for the disabled or people with reduced mobility
Description
On this half-day excursion you will get to know the Teide National Park: a wonder of nature that characterises the island of Tenerife.
You will have the opportunity to get to know the largest and oldest National Park of the Canary Islands and return to your hotel to enjoy the rest of the day. You will enjoy a journey from the coast to the highest point of Tenerife through the Canarian pine forests and traditional villages such as Vilafor. As we make our way along the road we will go through volcanoes and rivers of petrified lava. We will make some stops so that you can admire one of the largest calderas in the world: Las Cañadas del Teide. We will visit Los Roques de García at the foot of the highest peak in Spain: El Teide with an altitude of 3718 m above sea level. This imposing volcano located in the heart of Tenerife is the main reason why the Teide National Park, declared in 1954, is the most visited in Europe.
Finally, we conclude the tour and take you back to your hotel, descending through the village of Chio, bordered by Alcalá on the coastal area and to the north by the village of Tamaimo, belonging to the municipality of Santiago del Teide.

Embark on a half-day exploration, immersing yourself in the rich geology and history of the park for approximately 4-5 hours.
