These guided excursions in French are designed for those who want to discover Tenerife with full explanations in their own language. A French-speaking guide accompanies you throughout the day on a private coach, with pick-up at your accommodation in the south.
There are three routes available, each on a different day of the week, so you can choose the one that interests you most: the volcanic landscapes of the Teide, the charming villages of the north or the Anaga Biosphere Reserve. All are suitable for the whole family, with frequent stops and easy walks.
🧭 How the experience works
🌋 Route 1 · Tuesday: Teide, Garachico and Masca
A tour through the Teide National Park (World Heritage Site) with several stops to learn about its geology, flora and fauna. We continue to Garachico —traditional architecture, natural pools and old fort, with free time— and to the picturesque village of Masca, among ravines, crossing the Teno massif. The tour is guided entirely in French.
🍇 Route 2 · Thursday: Teide, La Orotava and Icod de los Vinos
A day through the Teide National Park and a descent into the valley of La Orotava, with its forest crown and terraced crops. It includes lunch at a traditional Canarian restaurant (wine, water and dessert) and a visit to La Orotava’s historic centre and to Icod de los Vinos, with its famous thousand-year-old dragon tree. The tour is guided entirely in French.
🌿 Route 3 · Friday: Anaga and La Laguna
Discover the green north: Las Teresitas beach, the Anaga Rural Park (Biosphere Reserve) as far as Taganana, the Cruz del Carmen viewpoint and its laurel forest. It includes a traditional Canarian lunch and ends in La Laguna, a World Heritage Site. The tour is guided entirely in French.
