Description

We begin our tour by exploring the ancient capital, La Laguna. We visit the local farmers’ market, where you’ll find a variety of products, especially the different types of Canarian potatoes. Next, we head to the renowned Las Mercedes forest, starting our walk at Cruz del Carmen, enjoying panoramic 360º views. In the Anaga region, we take a break for a picnic overlooking the charming town of Taganana. We continue to the northern tip of the island, arriving at Playa del Roque de las Bodegas, known for its local wine. After a brief rest, we head back through the Anaga mountains to the south, where we find Playa de Las Teresitas. We then pass through the capital, Santa Cruz, with its impressive port. Our final stop is the town of Candelaria, known for its basilica housing the Black Virgin, inaugurated in 1959.
